ODDUEL is an interactive game where players challenge each other to mini-game duels with real cryptocurrency stakes. It is not a betting service, casino, or financial instrument. The platform is purely player-vs-player. Outcomes are determined by game mechanics, some of which involve skill and some involve random chance.
ODDUEL does not take positions in any game, does not set odds, and does not benefit from game outcomes beyond the published 5% development fee. The remaining 5% of fees goes to the ODD$ ecosystem pool, which benefits all players through bot funding, server maintenance, and seasonal reward distributions.
Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to participate in games involving monetary stakes. Users in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited are responsible for compliance with local law. ODDUEL does not verify identity — it is the user's responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful where they reside.
By connecting a wallet to ODDUEL and initiating or accepting a duel, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your participation is permitted under applicable local law.
Gameplay is governed by immutable smart contracts deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. Once a stake is locked into the contract, the contract controls resolution. ODDUEL cannot intervene in, reverse, or modify resolved duels. You accept that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that the smart contract is the sole arbiter of outcomes.
Contract code is open-source and auditable. You are encouraged to review the contract before participating. ODDUEL is not responsible for losses arising from user error in transaction submission, gas estimation failures, or wallet software malfunctions.
NFT avatars and land parcels are digital assets with no guaranteed monetary value. Purchasing an NFT grants you in-game access rights and transferable on-chain ownership of that token. The in-game utility (avatar cosmetics, land zone control) is provided by ODDUEL as a service — however, the NFT itself is yours and transferable regardless of platform status.
ODDUEL is not responsible for secondary market prices, OpenSea fees, third-party platform availability, or changes to OpenSea's listing policies. NFT artwork and metadata are provided as-is. Metadata is hosted on IPFS — a decentralized network that ODDUEL does not control.
ODDUEL, its team, and its deployed smart contracts are provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for losses from gameplay outcomes, smart contract vulnerabilities, ETH price fluctuations, network congestion, oracle failures, or third-party service outages.
Participation in ODDUEL is at your own risk. ODDUEL reserves the right to update game mechanics, fee structures, mini-game rules, and this agreement. Changes to the smart contract require full redeployment — the current deployed contract terms remain in effect until redeployment. Changes to off-chain terms (this document) take effect upon publication.
