Data PolicyLast updated: April 2026
ODDUEL does not require account registration or personal identity documents. The primary identifier tied to your activity is your public blockchain wallet address — which you provide by connecting your wallet. This is public data on the Ethereum network.
We do NOT collect: your name, email address (unless you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter), government ID, or payment information (all payments are handled on-chain by smart contracts).
- —Wallet address — public blockchain data, not personal information
- —Session data — anonymous, not linked to identity
- —Chat messages — temporarily stored for relay, deletable on request
- —Gameplay logs — duel outcomes are public on-chain
- —Newsletter email — only if you explicitly subscribe
Your wallet transactions on the Ethereum blockchain are public by design. ODDUEL has no control over on-chain data — it is permanent, immutable, and visible to anyone with access to the network.
NFT ownership (Avatar and Land NFTs), duel stakes, and duel results are all recorded on-chain. We cannot delete or modify this data. By connecting a wallet and participating in duels, you accept that your wallet address and duel history are publicly visible on the Ethereum blockchain.
In-game global chat messages are relayed through our servers for delivery to other players on your server. Messages are not permanently stored beyond the active session. Private DMs between players are relayed but not retained after the session ends.
We do not read your messages. Chat relay is automated. If you request deletion of any server-side message logs, email us at privacy@odduel.com and we will process your request.
We use minimal cookies for session management only — to keep you connected during a game session. No third-party advertising trackers are used on ODDUEL.
Anonymous analytics (page views, session counts) may be collected without linking to user identity. We do not use Google Analytics or similar identity-tracking services.
NFT metadata — including avatar IDs, land parcel coordinates, and artwork — is stored on IPFS and the Ethereum blockchain, not on ODDUEL servers. This data is public and permanent.
Our OpenSea integration shares only publicly available NFT data (token IDs, ownership addresses, metadata URIs). No private data is shared with OpenSea beyond what is already public on-chain.
You may request deletion of any server-side data we hold (chat logs, session records, newsletter subscriptions) by emailing privacy@odduel.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
Blockchain data cannot be deleted — it is public and immutable by design. We have no ability to remove your wallet address or duel history from the Ethereum blockchain.
